This class will challenge every level of fitness by using a variety of equipment such as free weights, stability balls, resistance bands and body bars to create more mobility and strength for daily activities, as well as sculpt your entire body. Our EXPRESS Classes shorten the time and ramp up the intensity. Expect more reps, longer work periods and less rest between exercises to maximize your workout in a short amount of time.

FTP (Functional Threshold Power) Cycle Workshop

Determine your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) in an
engaging and motivating group setting led by a Cycle
pro! FTP is the average watts you’re able to generate
during an amount of maximum effort. Unique to each
rider’s fitness, muscular strength, endurance and effort,
your FTP number will help determine your personal
zones and colors in Cycle classes. Ride with the group
for a 20 minute dynamic warm-up and finish the class
with an all-out 5 minute effort to find your FTP.
Members should only sign up for one FTP workshop.
No cycle experience is needed.
