Here at the WAC, we know that a “one size fits all” theory doesn’t suit all of our members’ individual goals, preferences and challenges. So, we’ve made it our mission to help you find your fit.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training offers the perfect blend of accountability, camaraderie, and personalized coaching to groups of 2-4 people. You’ll benefit from expert guidance tailored to your individual needs within a supportive group environment—at a budget-friendly price. With focused instruction and shared motivation, you’ll push your limits, achieve your fitness goals, and forge connections with like-minded individuals.

Virtual Live Training (VLT)

Meet virtually with your Personal Trainer from the comfort of your own home or on the go—no fitness equipment needed. These live video sessions are arranged through the WAC Training app. Your Trainer is there for you during your session, providing a friendly face, encouragement, guidance, and fun in your workout. Ask your Trainer about VLT.

Monthly Training Plans

Consistency is key. Regular sessions with your trainer will keep you accountable and yield better results. With a Monthly Training Plan, you’ll get into a steady fitness routine and build healthy habits to help you achieve your goals.

All Monthly Training Plans include InBody Composition Scanning. Additionally, clients gain access to the exclusive WAC Training App, enhancing the training experience by:

  • Tracking Workouts and Progress:
    The app keeps a record of your workouts and progress towards your goals.
  • Two-Way Messaging:
    Communicate easily with your WAC Trainer through the app.
  • Weekly Fitness Homework and Habits:
    Receive assignments to focus on outside of your sessions.

Pick your plan: Choose from 4, 8, or 12 sessions per month (that’s 1, 2, or 3 times per week). Get a great price and less up-front expense with affordable monthly rates. Sign up for any plan and receive $5 off the standard rate…per session!

Need a boost?

Need a boost? Need to add a few sessions to gear up for an event? Want to add in cross-training with another trainer? À la carte sessions can be purchased at the monthly pricing rate and used whenever you need them. Sessions expire 90 days after purchase.

Team Training

Step up your game with our dynamic Team Training sessions, where camaraderie and competition fuel your fitness journey. Join forces with 5-6 fellow participants and our expert trainers to tackle workouts designed to challenge and inspire. Experience the energy of team-based exercises, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a sense of shared achievement.

Team training is a cost-effective option for those who enjoy the dynamic of group workouts and don’t require the level of individual attention provided in Personal Training. With structured workouts tailored to the needs of the group, you’ll push your limits, break barriers, and achieve remarkable results together.

Pilates Reformer Training

Experience a customized workout that uses the reformer machine to build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body alignment. Pilates Training is tailored to your individual needs, making it perfect for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
