Philosophy
Health and wellness to me is an ever changing journey. Illness and injury are often a part of life so I wholeheartedly believe in treating ourselves and others with grace and compassion. Wellness looks different for every body and can be reached each day in a different way. It is important to set realistic and measurable goals. In my experience I have found the best way to live well is to treat our bodies well. With so many aspects of our life that can be out of our control, I find it crucial to take advantage of what we can control. Our mind, body and breath can be powerful tools to use in living a fulfilling and enjoyable life. It is my great honor to help clients from all walks of life to move better and live better.
