Philosophy

My philosophy is made up of four key components: strength, mobility, functional training and making exercise fun. Strength training is not just about muscle mass. It means strength training for everyday activities. The second component is mobility. This includes having a greater range of motion in your joints and the ability to move or be moved freely and easily. The last component is functional training, getting out into space and training your body to be prepared for everyday activities. Exercise can be challenging but we can make it fun and enjoyable. I believe that we can make our fitness journey less scary and more of something to look forward too.
