The gym can be an intimidating place, and I want to be a safe space so YOU can take on which ever movement strengthens your mind and body. We will find workouts that increase confidence and serve your health and fitness goals. Confidence in the gym will show up as confidence in your life outside of the WAC, so let’s get started!
