Tennis FAQ

Tennis court access is exclusive to WAC Advantage members. Standard WAC members do not have the ability to book tennis courts. To learn more about upgrading your membership, contact Member Services.
Most tennis programming requires an Advantage membership, but some Junior Tennis programs are available to non-Advantage members. See the Junior Tennis page for more details.
All adult tennis programming requires an Advantage membership.
Advantage members may make advance tennis court reservations for a maximum usage of 2 hours per day. Serves may be booked up to 24 hours in advance; courts may be booked up to one week and one hour in advance. All court reservations require the names of all participants. Tennis courts can be reserved through the Advantage Tennis Scheduler or by calling the Front Desk.
- Serves: Max reservations – 1 hour
- Singles and Doubles: Max reservations – 1.5 hours
- Ball Machine: Max reservations – 1.5 hours
Monday-Friday 9:00am-10:30am | Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-8:00pm
During these times, Serves, Singles and Ball Machine reservations may only be made 24 hours in advance or the same day. Doubles reservations can reserve courts up to one week and one hour in advance.
Yes. You must be a WAC Advantage member to take private lessons. These can be set up once a week at the same time for a duration of your choice or as a one-time lesson. Please contact our Tennis Director with any inquiries or questions on private lessons.
Yes. We strongly encourage all cancellations to be made outside of 24 hours. If the cancellation is received within 24 hours and we are unable to re-book your court, you will be responsible for the court cancellation fee of $25. If you were scheduled for a lesson, you will be responsible for the price of the service.
If a Doubles reservation during Prime-Time hours is changed to a Serves or Singles reservation with less than a 24-hour notice and all other courts are at capacity, a $25 charge will be split between the no-show players.
Yes. A ball machine can be booked through the Front Desk, online, or via the WAC Tennis app.
