Our team of Registered Dietitians and Certified Nutrition Coaches have the knowledge and expertise to guide you in making healthy food choices that work for your unique needs and preferences.

Personalized Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition Coaching provides support and accountability in making long-term, sustainable changes. Whether your goals are related to weight loss, performance, or improving your relationship with food and ending perpetual dieting, nutrition coaching ensures that you are making changes that are compatible with your lifestyle through guidance and support.

Metabolic Testing

The number of calories you burn is a key part of weight management, yet many people think their calorie needs are significantly different than they actually are. Although counting calories is not always necessary to achieve health goals, a general understanding of individual calorie needs can reduce frustration and confusion with misguided eating plans.

This appointment is up to an hour in length and includes an explanation of results and insights from a Registered Dietitian or WAC Nutrition Coach.

*Please note: No exercise, food or drink, except water, four hours prior to appointment.

Meal Planning Package

Without practical tools to make lifestyle changes, results can be frustrating. Team up with a nutrition professional to create a custom meal plan just for you. This package includes a metabolic test and a personal plan created using the WAC Training App’s customizable meal planning tool. Learn your calorie budget and receive a digital meal plan and recipes to make your healthy lifestyle easier.

IN THE MOMENT – MINDFUL EATING APP

In The Moment was developed by Kim Flannery, WAC Nutrition Director, a nutritionist with 13 years of experience guiding people to make better decisions in the moment. She has a passion for people and a unique, uplifting way of helping people grow and develop better habits.  

Improve your body awareness and mindfulness

Improve your body awareness and mindfulness with In The Moment! Let this light-hearted app help guide you to better spontaneous food choices when hunger hits and quick options are needed. Practice healthy coping skills when emotional states make decision-making more difficult. Your interactions with In The Moment will help you identify the nature of your immediate need and support healthier responses to emotional challenges with food and life.

Uplifting and encouraging messages

The uplifting and encouraging messages inside In The Moment help you to stay positive more consistently to allow real lifestyle changes to occur. Sometimes a little encouragement is all we need! Listen to your needs and learn more about what makes you tick. With continued practice, you will get better at creating a healthy, happy life

View your progress

View your progress with In The Moment in the Accomplishments screen. It collects the history of your usage over time and displays this information in a way that allows you to see trends.

The In The Moment app is free to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Guidelines

To best serve our members and team, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or change any massage or nutrition appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other members from being able to fill that slot.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule inside of the 24-hour window, a $50 late cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file. This same fee applies if you miss your appointment without any notification.
