INTERESTS/HOBBIES:
I love trying out new restaurants and different cocktails and food. You will also catch me spending time outdoors going on walks or run (more likely if it's warm out). I'm also a huge fan of reality TV, indie/folk music, sushi, hanging out with my loved ones, and making time to better myself as a human.

PHILOSOPHY:
As someone who's struggled in the past with their mindset towards food, fitness, and body image... and is now in a healthy place, I make it my #1 priority as a coach, to do things in a sustainable and balanced way. I believe that a huge part of health and wellness is the mindset component. Being able to live life, enjoy all things, have balance, and also feel confident in our own skin. Fitness and nutrition is the healthiest when it works for you and isn't stressful, but is joyful.
