INTERESTS/HOBBIES:
When I'm not working or lifting, some of my hobbies include: reading (all types of different books), finding new coffee shops, learning guitar (emphasis on the learning part), spending time with friends and family, and pondering what I can do to make this life worth living for me and everyone else.
PHILOSOPHY:
I believe every person is capable of greatness in their own way; we all have something to contribute. Health is simpler than many make it out to be. With consistent and honest effort, as well as relentless perseverance, there's nothing you can't hope to accomplish.
One of my favorite quotes comes from Friedrich Nietzsche, and it goes "I know of no better life purpose than to perish in attempting the great and impossible. The fact that something seems impossible shouldn't be a reason not to pursue it. That's exactly what makes it worth pursuing. Where would the courage and greatness be if success was certain and there was no risk. The only true failure is shrinking away from life's challenges."
