CAREER/ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS:
An educator by trade, I spent 10 years in various educational settings including traditional classrooms, art education, Montessori, as well as in Children’s Ministry. My greatest and continual career achievement is being a mom to my 3 bio children and 2 foster children. I grew up in athletics playing competitive soccer, basketball and rugby. My love and continued passion for team sports, in particular Rugby, has allowed me to travel across the U.S. and to Europe to play competitively. I played Rugby for 18 years, and loved every minute of it. After getting married, my focus changed from training for games, to training to grow and birth babies. While in early motherhood, birthing babies and taking care of infants, I treated each pregnancy and postpartum experience as a marathon worth training for. I now love coaching my big kids in their sports (go Falls flag rugby!). And I continue to train for my life, focusing on functional fitness, mobility and strength training.

INTERESTS/HOBBIES:
I love being active and moving my body in nature. Trail running, park workouts, swimming and biking are all on steady rotation during warm weather months. During the winter you can find me in the sauna and hot tub. I enjoy learning new skills and working on my personal goals in the weight room. And of course, I love being with my family.

My personal goal is to feel as good as I possibly can every day and help others do the same! I work with clients to help them move without pain, feel strong, and capable and live their lives fully.
