INTERESTS/HOBBIES:
I appreciate the investment I have in my personal growth, introspection and reflection. Various meditation practices are part of my daily habits. I spend my time with my husband, my dog and in nature. One of my favorite things in this life is fun, uplifting humor. To exchange laughter with another is a great gift to me.

PHILOSOPHY:
I have been focused in the field of adjunct complimentary health and wellness as a Reiki (Master) Practitioner for 20 years. With an understanding that we are more than our physical bodies, this allows a broadening of awareness, permitting beneficial experiences in mind, body and spirit. Each exchange between the Reiki Practitioner and client is unique in that it is a highly personal experience. It is a privilege to facilitate greater wellbeing with those who resonate with this modality.
