INTERESTS/HOBBIES:
I love spending time with my wife and 2 kids. We enjoy watching movies, playing board games (that I usually win), and attending numerous summer festivals. While fitness and martial arts are my favorite activities, I also like to read and cook.
PHILOSOPHY:
I think physical fitness is one of the single greatest pursuits a person can have. The physical benefits of an exercise routine are the most obvious: stronger muscles, fewer injuries, better endurance, etc.
To me, nothing beats the sense of accomplishment one feels when setting a challenging goal and achieving it. Fitness offers everyone endless opportunities to achieve. It could be as simplistic as “I want to want 10,000 steps a day” or “I want to be able to do 10 pushups in a row”.
One of my biggest goals and joys in life is to help people find fitness and strength that they never thought they could have. You are stronger than you think you are and why not see what you are capable of.
