Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science
Master's Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology
CAREER/ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS:
I have been personal training/Group training for 2 years. I was a three sport athlete in high school and continued athletics with the Carroll University Football Team in Waukesha Wisconsin. I spent this past Summer working in Honolulu Hawaii in a cancer rehabilitation clinic.

CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS, ACLS, Therabody
SPECIALTIES:
I have the most experience training chronic disease clients, but feel comfortable working with anyone. Barbell and Free weight movements are my bread and butter.
INTERESTS/HOBBIES:
I love attending sporting events, it doesn't matter the sport I just love the atmosphere. I enjoy my time outdoors and have a long history of fishing. I love animals and have two boxers of my own.

Exercise is medicine. Failure is not real, you either succeed or learn.
