PHILOSOPHY:
I believe that a well-rounded exercise program enables people to enjoy their occupation, daily hobbies, and activities without pain or restricted mobility. The exercise program incorporates the components of strength, flexibility, cardio, and rest with equal importance.
I believe that people come to a fitness class or the gym with the original intention of maintaining or improving their physical body. Almost accidentally or even unwittingly, the movements and exercises also benefit their mental health and sense of self. That mind-body connection is what keeps people committed and consistent.
