Yes, we offer short-term guest passes for prospective members. Contact Member Services or fill out our Membership Info Request form to receive a guest pass. Certain restrictions apply. See our Guest Policy for details.
Yes, we offer Student Summer and Student Winter short-term membership for students home for summer and winter break. We also offer a Student Advantage membership for students participating in tennis programming at Lake Country. Contact Member Services for more information about student memberships.
Most WAC memberships include access to all locations. Use your membership card to check-in at any location.

Yes, we offer the option to freeze your membership for up to 3 months each year for a small monthly fee. For more details, please see our Freeze Policy.
All our memberships are month-to-month, with no annual commitment or long-term contracts. The only requirement is a 30-day notice to cancel. To cancel, simply call the Business Services office at 414.328.1300. For more details, please see our Cancellation Policy.
Getting Started
Here’s what you should bring for your first workout.
- WAC Membership Card: Use your membership card to check-in at the Front Desk and get a key to the locker room.
- Comfortable Workout Clothes: Bring or wear breathable, flexible clothing that allows you to move freely during your workout.
- Athletic Shoes: Choose shoes that are appropriate for the type of exercise you plan to do, such as running or cross-training shoes.
- Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is important, so bring a water bottle that you can refill throughout your workout.
- Personal Toiletries: If you’re using the locker room to shower or freshen up after your workout, bring any toiletries you might need. We provide shampoo, body wash and shaving cream, but feel free to bring any additional items you prefer.
- Swimsuit and Sandals: If you’re planning on an aquatic workout, bring a swimsuit and sandals for walking from through the locker rooms.
Yes! As a new WAC Member, you receive two complimentary Fit Sessions with a Fitness Team Member to help you get acquainted with your new club and help you move towards your fitness goals. Visit our Fit Sessions page for more information.

Classes & Services
Group Fitness Classes are included with your membership, giving you access to over 600 classes each week across all locations. With such a wide variety, you’re sure to find something that fits your needs.
For more specialized instruction, sports lessons, or unique one-day workshops, we offer Premium Classes, Lessons, and Workshops for an additional fee.

The easiest way to sign up for Group Fitness Classes is through the WAC App. You can also register via the online portal or at the Class Kiosk in the club. Be sure to check in at least 10 minutes before the class starts to secure your spot.
To register for Premium Classes, Swim Lessons, Workshops, and Tournaments, use the WAC+ App.
Non-members can join Group Fitness Classes (if space is available) by purchasing a day pass. Additionally, non-members can register for Premium Classes, Swim Lessons, Workshops, and Tournaments through the WAC+ App at the non-member rate.

WAC Facilities & Policies
Yes, all WAC locations feature locker rooms with full-size lockers, showers, and restrooms. Most also include saunas and steam rooms. Check your location page for a detailed overview of locker room amenities.
You do not need to bring a lock for your locker. Use your membership card at the Front Desk to receive a locker room key.
We provide towel service for sweat towels, bath towels and cleaning towels. You can pick up towels near the Front Desk. Don’t forget to drop your used towels in the towel bin for cleaning.
Lockers are available for storing your coats and gym bags during your workout. Please keep valuable items at home or locked in your car. The WAC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All WAC locations feature fully-equipped exercise studios, cardio centers, and weight rooms with free weights, weight machines, and various fitness equipment. Each club also offers a unique mix of additional facilities, such as indoor and outdoor pools, running tracks, Pilates equipment, Kids’ Clubhouse, turf training fields, and more. Visit your club page to explore the specific amenities available.
We take pride in maintaining our facilities with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance plans. Small equipment is replaced as needed, while large machines are evaluated annually and new equipment is added regularly. Additionally, each pool, steam room, sauna, and hardwood fitness floor undergoes extensive maintenance on an annual basis. Keep watch in the club and on the website for maintenance closures.
Kids under 12 can enjoy the Kids’ Clubhouse or use the gym and pools during Open Gym and Open Swim times, but they must be accompanied by an adult outside the Kids’ Clubhouse.
Kids ages 12-15 can access the fitness center and attend group fitness classes after completing the Youth Certification course.
Teens 16 and older have full member access to the club.
