Parking Registration
The 411 East Wisconsin Parking Structure has introduced a new ticketless system for a more convenient parking experience. To ensure smooth entry and exit, you’ll need to register your vehicle with the parking system. Follow the steps below to complete your registration and take advantage of validated parking for up to 3 hours during your visit to the WAC Downtown.
How to Register Your Vehicle for the 411 Parking Garage
- Visit metropolis.io or download the Metropolis Parking App.*
- Provide your mobile phone number and complete the verification process.
- Enter your license plate number to register your vehicle.
- Connect to a credit or debit card.

Cloud-Based Technology
The system will identify vehicles using license plates and other characteristics, ensuring seamless access without the need for validation tickets or card readers.
Ticketless Parking
Park immediately upon entry. Daily parkers will receive receipts via text and will be charged upon exit.
Validation Made Easy
Stickers are no longer required! Validations will now be completed through a QR code scan or by entering a license plate number in the online portal.
