This class is designed for runners looking to increase flexibility and range of motion, build core strength, and improve breathing, balance, and posture. Yoga is a great way to lengthen and strengthen muscles and joints used in running that will help you build stamina and avoid injury. Overall, Yoga helps restore balance to the body making it a valuable compliment to running.
