Cool Down from the Summer with Ryan Paterson
You have all been working so hard over the summer, so we at the WAC would like to give you a complimentary summer cool down to recover tired muscles and prepare you for Winter. These sessions will take you through healthy stretching techniques and give you tools to cope with stress. We’ll help you maintain the goals you have already reached and show you ways to work toward your goals for the future.
