This yoga class moves between mindful flow and restorative postures which are held for an extended period of time. Yin Yoga, the more restorative portion of the practice, is a perfect compliment to more active styles of yoga because it nourishes the ligaments, joints, connective tissues and areas of the body that rarely get any attention. Yang Yoga, the mindful flow portion, will help to wake up the body and work out the kinks in between the longer held poses. It is safe for all levels.
