High Intensity Intervals and Yoga. This class offers the best in body weight resistance exercises starting with an intense half hour of HIIT (high intensity interval training) followed by 25 minutes of power yoga. More oxygen into the body means more calories burned, and the combination of the oxygen debt recovery from HIIT and the practice of power yoga which includes a dynamic flow of strengthening moves with deeper breathing will rev your metabolism to the max!  A perfect combo of functional high intensity cardiovascular exercise and strength training enhanced with stretching, deep breathing and relaxation.
