The Wisconsin Athletic Club offers a variety classes at all locations! Whether it’s cycle, yoga, or high-intensity interval training (HIIT), we have the classes to help you find your fit! Our all-star team of WAC Instructors make these classes so much fun, you won’t even realize the workout – just the results!
Group Fitness Classes
Make your workouts fun with Group Fitness at the WAC. With hundreds of classes offered each week across all our locations, you’ll find a wide variety of options to boost your cardio, build strength, increase flexibility, or switch up your workout routine. Led by experienced instructors, each class is designed to be fun, motivating, and accessible for all fitness levels.

Discover the excitement of our one-day workshops at the WAC. These special events offer a break from your routine, bringing fun and variety to your fitness journey. Youth Swim Lessons
Learn to swim at the WAC. We provide children with the safe, fun, and supportive means of learning to swim. From parent + toddler classes to advanced swim training, there’s a class for your child’s age or ability.
