Our Benefits

Complimentary WAC Membership
Part & Full Time – All WAC Team Members receive a complimentary 8-club membership for themselves and for their children (up to 21 years of age). This includes complimentary childcare during your work shifts and up to two hours of complimentary childcare during your workouts (within Kids’ Clubhouse hours).
50% Reimbursement on Fitness Certifications
Part & Full Time – Available for all interested Team Members, the WAC will reimburse 50% of approved Personal Training and Group Fitness certifications. (25% reimbursement after completion & 25% after 1 year of employment.) Excludes specialization certifications.
WAC University
Part & Full Time – All Team Members have access to internal training and development courses: WAC University. Over 100 personal and professional courses are offered each year.
Paid Time Off* & Paid Holidays
Full Time – The WAC provides paid time off (PTO) to full-time Team Members, and they are highly encouraged to use it during the year. The WAC also offers paid holidays for New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Health Insurance*
Full Time – The WAC will pay 100% of the of the premium for single enrolled team members. Lower deductible policies, dental and vision add-ons are available at an additional cost.
401K
Full Time – The WAC offers a salary savings 401K plan for Team Members who have completed 500 hours of service in one year and are at least 21 years of age. The WAC will often make a matching contribution.
*Team Members become eligible for PTO and Health Insurance after 90 days of full-time employment.

The WAC Inclusion Network (WIN) is a dedicated group within the WAC focused on promoting diversity, fostering an inclusive culture, and ensuring equal opportunities for all employees. We believe that a diverse workforce brings unique perspectives and ideas, driving innovation and success for our team.
WIN hosts monthly meetings to discuss progress and plan initiatives, offers education courses on key topics, and invites guest presenters to share their expertise. Additionally, the network engages in community outreach to support broader diversity and inclusion efforts.

WAC Gives Back is the Wisconsin Athletic Club’s community outreach initiative, dedicated to making a positive impact beyond our club walls. Through this program, we engage with local communities by organizing and participating in various charitable activities, volunteer efforts, and fundraising events.
Our goal is to support and uplift our neighbors, foster strong community ties, and promote a culture of giving and service. By leveraging our resources and the passion of our members and staff, WAC Gives Back strives to create meaningful change and contribute to the well-being of the communities we serve.
