It is vital to remember that fitness is multi-dimensional, and that proper diet and mental health should always be considered with a fitness program. I believe that injury prevention is also very important and should be taken into account no matter how fit you think you are! It’s a bummer to spend all the hard work in the gym only to get injured and have to sit out for months at a time.
