Interest/Hobbies

The gym and specifically bodybuilding is a huge part of my life, just like my parents and our dog, Sandy, and my girlfriend. I have grown up being a comic book and superhero loving nerd, and that love is still there. I have always been interested in what the human body is capable of, whether it be Captain America and his super soldier serum, or if it is Eddie Hall deadlifting 1,000 lbs for the first time ever. I believe we are very capable of doing more than we limit ourselves to in our daily lives.

Philosophy

Discipline and routine over motivation everyday. Motivation can come and go, it can come when you hear a certain song, or when you see a certain object, but what happens after that song ends, or the object is moved, where is the motivation then? Discipline is the most important skill because you need something to fall back on when the motivation is not there, you need a routine to fall back on when you’re not feeling 100% one day. Discipline > Motivation
