Career/Athletic Achievements
After only dabbling in athletics in my younger years, music was my first passion. Fitness/exercise turned into a religion for me with cycling and body weight exercises, then slowly transitioned into a broader, balanced approach touching on a bit of everything including weight training, HIIT, running, cycling, hiking. I believe in challenging your body in different ways constantly and keeping it guessing.

Philosophy
I believe exercise and fitness is absolutely necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle physically and just as important (if not moreso), mentally. Being consistent, creating a plan, sticking to it and not being afraid to modify it are ingredients for success in reaching your goals. The day is always going to come to an end, you have a choice of how much work you want to put in before it does.
